A first draft in a few clicks

The hardest part of a speed quiz is writing enough short, clear questions. The AI helper in the Qwiz Rush editor gives you a first draft for a topic, in the same three question types the live game uses, so what you generate plays exactly like anything you write by hand.

You are the editor. Read every question, fix what is off and cut what does not fit. Once the set is ready, see how to run a speed quiz, or read what a speed quiz is first.

Make a speed quiz in four steps

  1. Sign in and open the editor

Sign in at qwizrush.com and create a new question set. Give a round a title that names your topic, such as “Space exploration”.

  2. Choose what to generate

Open the round’s AI Generate dialog. Pick a difficulty (easy, medium or hard) and how many multiple-choice, number and first-letter questions you want, up to 5 of each and 15 in all.

  3. Check and edit every question

The questions land in your round. Reword a prompt, fix an answer or change an option. The AI drafts, you stay the editor.

  4. Run it as a speed quiz

Start a room and send the questions. Every one runs on the same 10-second clock.

What the maker does

It drafts a batch of questions for a round, and leaves the decisions to you.

Start from a topic

Type a topic of up to 200 characters and the helper drafts questions for it, instead of a blank page.

The three core question types

Multiple choice, numbers and first-letter questions, so a generated round plays like any other.

Easy, medium or hard

Set the difficulty before you generate, and generate again for a different round.

Edit before you save

Nothing is locked in. You can change any prompt, option or answer, and a quick read-through catches anything unclear.

Checked on the way in

Generated questions are validated by the server, and any that fail the checks are dropped.

Or write your own

Mix generated questions with ones you write, or start from a ready-made set in Discover.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a speed quiz from a topic?

Create a question set, title a round with your topic, open the AI Generate dialog, choose a difficulty and how many questions of each type, and generate. Then edit the questions and run the quiz.

How many questions can the AI generate at once?

Up to 5 of each type (multiple choice, numbers, first letter) and 15 in total per batch. You can generate again for more.

Are the generated questions always correct?

No. AI can get things wrong, so read every question and answer before you play. The server checks the shape of each question and drops any that fail, but it cannot guarantee the facts.

Do I need an account to use the maker?

The editor is where questions are made, and it needs you to sign in as a host. Players never need an account by default.

Can I change the time per question?

No. Multiple choice, first-letter and number questions always run for 10 seconds.
