About Qwiz Rush

Everything in Qwiz Rush hangs off a single, fast gameplay loop: the host pushes a question, every player gets the same synchronized 10-second countdown on their own device, the clock runs out, the answer is revealed, scores update, and the next question begins.

That loop is the whole product. Song rounds, mini-games, the projector and TV views, scoring and anti-cheat aren’t separate systems bolted on the side — they’re all woven into the same loop, sharing one clock and one set of rules. It keeps the game fast, fair, and easy to follow no matter how big the room is.

Qwiz Rush is a live, Firebase-backed quiz platform. Hosts sign in with Google, build question sets, then drive the game from a control panel while players answer on their phones in real time. Players, the host, and the projector all listen to the same live game state, so answers and scores land within milliseconds and everyone always sees the same truth.

There are three core question types — multiple choice, first-letter, and numbers — plus song questions that wrap any of those with a music preview clip. Hosting is free, and players join with just a code, though a host can choose to require Google sign-in.
