By accessing or using Qwiz Rush at qwizrush.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Qwiz Rush is a browser-based, real-time quiz platform that allows hosts to create and run live quiz sessions across multiple game modes (music, words, numbers, and drawing). Players may join sessions without creating an account.

Hosting a quiz requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Guest players participate anonymously and do not need to register. By joining a quiz, guest players agree to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post, share, or create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or otherwise manipulate game results unfairly.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Service without permission.
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent.

You retain ownership of the question sets and content you create. By submitting content to Qwiz Rush, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

All software, design, trademarks, and content belonging to Qwiz Rush are our exclusive property or are licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

The Service integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Analytics, and a third-party music preview provider. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qwiz Rush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
