What is Only Up?
Only Up is a summit race powered by your quiz set. Answer questions to earn energy, then spend that energy climbing. The whole room races up six summits.
It is one of the mini-games built into Qwiz Rush (sometimes written Quiz Rush), the free live quiz you host from a browser while players join by code on their own devices.

How to play Only Up
The host launches Only Up with a quiz set loaded.
Answer the questions that appear on your device.
Correct answers earn energy.
Spend your energy to climb; the more you have, the higher you go.
Race the room up all six summits before time runs out.
Host settings
- Needs a quiz set with at least 8 questions that can be played self-paced.
- The host can adjust the round time before launch.
Scoring
- Your height up the summits decides the ranking.
- Energy from right answers is what powers your climb.
Tips for Only Up
- Answer in bursts, then climb with what you have earned.
- Do not hoard energy. It only helps when spent.
